Earthstory worked with Movie World, Thinkwell and Astute Projects to transform the Lethal Weapon rollercoaster attraction into the Batman Arkham Asylum rollercoaster attraction, working with DC Comics in the USA.

This involved a complete makeover of the interior and exterior with large format graphics in the style of a DC Comic, together with props, special effects and audio to give the feeling of the franchise's Arkham Asylum.

The Asylum tower was created by engineering a 17m high extension to sheath the original structure, complete with a life-size Batman keeping an eye out for the Joker.
