Earthstory designed and produced this 'object theatre' mixed-media show for the Queensland outback town of Cunnamulla, to tell the tall but true tales of the 'end of the line'.
The rich history of Cunnamulla's relationship with its railway is woven through the story of the town itself, all brought to life by The Stationmaster (played by Steven Tandy) and a cast of colourful locals. Layers of real-world props, a railway-station set, AV footage and motion graphics all share the theatre stage via progammed lighting and projections on a giant semi-translucent screen!

The 40-minute multi-media show produced by the globally-acclaimed Earthstory ...brings together an artful combination of wit with local and world history, plus a cast of endearing locals. Narrated with aplomb by The Station Master, this ripper of a ‘ride’ about the rails had me chuckling within the first minute - and wiping away a tear in the last!“
